Nord Est blocks are in the shape of ingots in different colours according to their hardness. The YELLOW block is the softest (45 shore), WHITE has a medium hardness (about 55 shore), RED is 60 shore and BROWN 65-70 shore. They are successfully used in place of felt pads because different hardnesses are available, they are "rubbery" and have a wrap-around shape unlike static and hard felt. This is a product that can be made with specific characteristics to meet the customer's personal demands.
